With more than 20 years of experience in banking and finance, private equity and debt financing, M&A, fundraising and business strategy consulting, Ms. Tan’s experience and networks span throughout China, Korea and Southeast Asia and has a robust network of associates and clients from different sectors. Previously, Ms. Tan was a Senior Relationship Manager in Private Banking in UBS AG and OCBC Bank. After she left private banking, she went into Private Equity, M&A and consulting. She had worked with start-ups, multi-national corporations, government-linked corporations and NGOs.

After he graduated in Actuarial Science, he worked in various insurance multi-national companies, consulting firm and reinsurance company where his focus was on product development and strategic business planning.
Samuel was one of the pioneers in Singapore Bancassurance industry. He held senior positions as the Bancassurance head with several local Singapore banks covering SEA countries and Hong Kong such as OCBC, DBS and UOB. He has extensive wealth of experience in running bancassurance for the consumer banking segment and consistently maintained market lead position under his leadership.
It is also acknowledged that that Samuel contributed and expanded the Bancassurance distribution within the banks into the HNW segment and SME segment. Moreover, he exported the initiatives successfully throughout his covering SEA region. He is also a think tank in strategising the Bancassurance road map to achieve long term, sustainable and high growth rates for different segments within the banks.
